The service tech was on time
Your service tech arrived on time and added freon to the unit. The unit has a freon leak and are waiting for a part to fix it. According to the manager I spoke to the part will take six weeks to arrive. The temperature in my home on Sunday was 83 and the temperature in my home on Monday was 82. This is with the air conditioner running all the time. It finally cooled to 78 at midnight.
