Picking an air conditioner company off the web, out of hundreds of companies, was a daunting task. Worried about prices, quality and so on. But, after getting 3 bids the rep from Cool Air USA was absolutely the best professional. Every detail was explained, photos taken of all old equipment (nobody else did photos) and lastly getting a permit (nobody else mentioned permit) from the City at no additional cost, were the reasons we decided on them. The workers were very nice and worked in the horrible Florida summer heat for many hours in our attic.
