There probably isn't enough space on this page to explain how incredibly amazing this company is. They deserve a million stars for their kind, professional, honest, courteous business practices. But they go above and beyond. And that's where the human element comes in. The kind that isn't found nowadays. The kind that makes you tear up because you can't believe they just did this for you. I'm getting teary eyed just writing this because I was truly touched by every single associate, technician, supervisor and owner's compassion and understanding. Let's face it, being without AC in the heat of Miami weather is excruciating. They seem to get it and believe it or not, I had dealt with other AC companies before calling them and they definitely didn't. IF YOUR AC HAS A PROBLEM, SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION OF GOING THRU A DOZEN HORRIBLE, UNCARING & DISHONEST CONPANIES AND GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL. I'm sure glad I did.
