Technician was polite professional knowledgeable, and answered on my questions patiently. I did not, however, get the free 30 minute phone call I was told I would get, consequently, I had to call the company only to find out that the technician was arriving at my house. I had been in the backyard working, and if I had not called I would have missed hearing the doorbell and, consequently. Probably the visit.
The technician was courteous professional did his job quickly answered all my questions. I did not however get my pre-visit phone call to let me know the technician was coming and I ended up having to call the company; the technician apologized when I inquired but offered no explanation.
