Be aware that their annual AC check is effectively $300. Upon setting up the appointment, it is quoted as $125. However, upon arrival they strongly recommend an additional $175 Drain Flush as a preventive measure. This was confirmed by their office. So be aware of that.
During the appointment, I wanted to replace my burned out UV light (cleans the air) in the AC system, but they were not able to figure it out and so no light for me.
On the positive side, the appointment setting was efficient, the friendly tech showed up on time, and their phone support is responsive and courteous.
