The compressor fan on our ac unit turned on and off while the compressor was working causing the compressor to overheat. I called Cool Air and made a same day appointment. The Tech, Jose, called me when he was on his way. Jose was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. It took awhile to diagnose the problem because the fan did not turn off right away although ultimately it did turn off. The fan motor was identified as the problem and it was scheduled for replacement the next day. Once again I was given a courtesy call when, Junior, the Tech was on his way and, once again, Junior displayed the same positive qualities as Jose displayed the day before. The fan motor replacement was completed in a timely manner and our ac is working fine.
