Overall Service was fast, proficient and very professional.
I contacted Cool Air USA spoke with Adam regarding AC issue. He was very easy and helpful when trying to troubleshoot my problem. He advise serviceman available to come out today to assist. Xavier was the service man that was sent out. He was very pleasant and professional. My only disappointment was the failure of a part that last less than 2 years on a new unit.
