The other morning I woke up and noticed the temperature in my apartment was different than the temperature that I set it at. I called and placed a service call. Before I knew it this gentleman arrived and started to access the situation. He flushed out the pump and we thought that was it fixed. He then noticed that it still was no working properly, he then wanted access to the roof where the compressor was located. My point is that until he got the root of the problem and was satisfied with the ac working correctly he stayed with it even going to the roof in this insufferable weather. Now the ac is working perfectly and I owe a big thanks to him and cool air USA! Thanks
