The Service Representative that arrived to service my AC 7/30 did an excellent job. He was thorough in his work, and exceeded my expectations. He took pride in his job, so much that I realized that the previous representatives did not take pride in their work - they
did absolutely nothing when they serviced my AC in the past. I would like to request him for future service requests to my AC. Give him a raise and/or a bonus for going above and beyond. A job well done. Thank you Service Representative!
