My name is Joe Borrell and I live in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. About a month ago I called Cool Air USA because the air in my apartment was getting warmer and warmer. On a Saturday night in the pouring rain came a service technician named John who saved the day by solving the problem within minutes. Fast forward to last Wednesday when the air in my apartment was heating up again! I called Cool Air USA .They sent over another service man to access the problem. This time the issue could not be solved. My AC unit which was over 20 years old crashed and burned. The fix was to install an entire new AC unit. I was of course bummed, but the technician assured me that they could quickly install a new unit. So this was on Wednesday so I wondered how long it would take to get a new system in place. The thought of living without air conditioning was too much. He said on Friday they would be able to install a new air conditioner system. Happy and relieved is an understatement! So Fri morning they arrived around 9am and the process began. To say it was painless is an understatement. The 3 technicians that were involved with the new unit were all professional, likeable and most importantly great at their jobs. It was around 4:30 that they were completely finished and the air in my apartment was getting colder and colder that I felt a trendous debt to this company. What could have been a horrible experience Cool Air USA made it a wonderful one with their fast service and incredible technicians to finally get me to realize that a new system was not only needed, but they could install it better than anyone! Thank you Cool Air USA you changed my life for the better.
