Cool-Air stands by their commitment to satisfy their customers and their products. Our unit was less then a year old and the heating coil never worked. They are replacing it which entails ALOT of labor on their part. They are doing it free of charge which is such a relief to me!! I call this a excellent company to be so fair to their customers. They are also on time and call an hour before they arrive. GREAT company!!!
