He came out earlier than scheduled and diagnosed the situation quickly. He came back the next day with the replacement part and handled business in a very professional and expedient manner, schooling us and explaining the situation along the way. I feel that the price was reasonable and fair, and that the service and workmanship was first class and very thorough. Cool Air USA is a very professional, upstanding company!
