The motor went out on my outside unit. I called and was quickly scheduled an appointment for later that morning. Archie, my technician, called me on the way to his place to find out what was going on before he even got here. Everything was said and done with a few hours (had to leave to get the right sized part) with friendly and knowledgeable work. Will definitely call again.
