Cool Air USA did an outstanding job of providing quick and efficient service in replacing our air conditioner/furnace system especially during this Pandemic. Steve and his team were professional and very competent. I was especially concerned that I would be without air conditioning for an extended period of time - I'm on oxygen 24/7 and need air conditioning. Adam, the manager, assured me that he would put extra men on the job and get it done quickly which he did and I'm thankful for. The entire team was aware of our needs - wearing masks, etc. - couldn't ask for a better experience. Also the office staff especially Amanda who helped me with contract, etc. were excellent. Will highly recommend this company.
