Had a technician over, he was running late, but I was called prior by company.
It was worth the wait. The technician did all the checks, walked me through the process and explained everything.
Ended up adding some freon to the system, which made things work properly again(despite the current wear and tear).
But what an amazing difference between previous "technician" who was gone in 60 seconds and this company.
Next step will be to use this company to replace my units in the near future. Hopefully I can keep adding good feedback.
