All of the people we have dealt with from Cool Air have been friendly and professional.
We had a problem with the panel on our new air handler. The technician that came out was very thorough and tried his best to fix the problem.
When that didn't work a new panel was ordered.
We had to wait quite awhile for the part but to no fault of CoolAir.
We had the new panel installed by the technician who tried solving the problem. He is knowledgeable and friendly!
The air handler is still "sweating" so we will followup in the next few weeks with CoolAir.
It just could be the nature of the unit and the location, as well.
I would still recommend CoolAir to anyone that needs a new AC unit or AC service!
