The young man who came to service my air conditioner was very knowledgeable about what the issue was and how to fix it. Cleaning out the drain pipe and emptying the excess water. No issues with the excellent customer service. I just didn’t like the extra $75 that was charged to me and since I had to have roof work done the next day I didn’t feel like arguing with the guy. For that I won’t use them again but I want to make sure to note the AC tech rep was the best part of the experience. I really appreciated him. Overall good job with the speed at which they sent someone out. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.
