This is our second time using Cool Air. We weren't disappointed! The technician diagnosed our issue and told us our A/C is going to be a money pit. He was right. It's an old unit (20 years old) and recommend we replace the unit with a more energy efficient unit. We appreciate him being straight forward with us.
