Once Ricardo showed up (evidently an A/C emergency elsewhere caused him to miss the three hour window by over an hour), he did great job. He cleared the lines, checked the compressor as well as the filter. Pointed out potential future issues and quoted how much it might cost. Put everything in writing and provided pictures. Very professional and personable.
