Andrew was the technician who came to our house, he was MORE THAN AMAZING! So so so nice, polite, smart, patient, knowledgable, among so many other amazing things. He actually made us feel like he truly care about getting our AC unit fixed and understood how uncomfortable it is to live in florida without an AC. He was amazing, fixed everything fast, taught us a lot about our unit and even gave us some tips to make sure we take good care of our AC.
