I like to give great reviews to deserving service providers and Cool Air USA is deserving a a great one. Cool Air USA was professional and prompt from the initial call. I found water dripping from my ac unit and needed quick remedy to unclog a pipe. My call was answered quickly and within an hour David was dispatched to my home. I was called twice to let me know how close the truck was and it arrived earlier than expected. David was efficient and explained everything he found with the a/c unit. He made some suggestions for future service that could be scheduled at a later time, but he was clear on how necessary or immediate the additional services were needed. He cleared the clogged line and installed a sensor after providing me with a reasonable estimate. He worked quickly but carefully and checked to make sure my unit was working properly. He cleaned up the area and made suggestions for smart care of my a/c. I am pleased with Cool Air USA’s service and will use them in the future for any a/c maintenance I will need.
