Andrew came to give us an estimate about possibly acid washing, fixing, and reinstalling an old unit. But because it was too rusty and old he suggested it was better to have a brand new unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his explanations. He answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us a complete assessment of the work that would be done. And since it was an emergency situation, he made sure to schedule the work next morning.
