I was very grateful for the lack of unnecessary charges like some other AC companies charge. Instead Cool Air USA was upfront with what fees I was to expect. The coupon was a solid selling point as well for me. The service tech kept me informed all day of what time he would come to my home. Even when he got delayed he notified me. And he was very fast and efficient when cleaning our air ducts. I will definitely use Cool Air USA again.
