Their was a hick-up on the manufacturer who was making the stand for the AC unit, but CoolAir USA made it right. They brought over a portable unit for us to use while the stand was being made. We have used them for repairs in the past and also referred them to family and friends who have gotten repairs done and a unit put in as well.
