The only reason for four stars instead of five is because we spent six hours over two days waiting while no repairman showed up. We also received no phone call telling us what the problem was, though we surmised that it had to do with emergency situations during the heat wave we are having. We think headquarters needs to keep customers informed, especially when they are waiting beyond the three-hour window.

However, when Anthony finally arrived, he was superb--helpful, informative, competent and friendly. We certainly recommend Anthony to all and we will be calling him again in the future. Thank you, Anthony.
