No complaints! So far, so good! A/c is working fine.
Richard, the salesperson, came as soon as he could after I called Cool Air USA. He explained and answered my questions regarding the Rheem A/c equipment.
The office staff were very courteous and accommodating. My telephone calls are always answered immediately. The installation was installed the next day as promised. I also appreciate the follow-up calls to ensure I am satisfied.
Kudos to Franklin and William, the installers. They were on time, very polite, and ready to get started. Both answered a few questions I had. Franklin protected the inside floor area where the Air Handler was to be installed while William proceeded to take care of the Compressor outside. They were very neat and careful. Franklin patched the holes left from disconnecting the old unit. After the installation was completed. They cleaned the work areas - no sloppiness. Then briefed me about the dos and don'ts while operating the units and answered my questions. This included operating the thermostat and reminding me to register the equipment. When they left the premises, there were no debris on either the inside or outside of the work areas. I was very impressed with their workmanship and how they worked together well as a team. In my opinion they are an asset to the company.
