I had ordered 5 fruit trees from the Willis orchard. When I received my order I was not satisfied with one of the trees that they had send. When I got hold of the customer service with no satisfaction, I was able to E mail Mr. Willis himself for help. When he saw the pic that I had send, he replaced my tree with no problem. I have found him to be a business owner who would take care of his customers. I will order from them again.
