If your looking for excellent customer service, quick installation, & professionalism, then Carpet Source is your place. I had been dealing with the big box stores and the service was horrible, it was gonna take 2 weeks to get someone to come to my house to measure, then I would have to go back to the store and pick a carpet, wait 2-4 weeks for delivery, then schedule the installation which would be an additional 2-4 weeks, it was very frustrating. A friend recommended Carpet Source, I phoned and was able to schedule a measurement the next day, their representative came to my house the next day with carpet samples, I picked a carpet that was in-stock, and was able to have installation the next day.
