
WOW, Customer Service Like It Used To Be!
Several years back Lifestyle Remodeling installed a SunRoom for us. We gave them a 5 star review for that installation. Bur then on Saturday during heavy rain, a small roof leak developed. Knowing the warranty had expired, I called to see if they could direct me towards a best option. The Lifestyle representative confirmed the warranty had expired, but said they would want to look at the roof before advising me and that someone would contact me before the week's end. Not 10 minutes had gone by before the phone rang and it was the owner of Lifestyle calling personally to tell me he was sending someone out first thing the next morning to take a look and if it wasn't anything major, they would fix it on the spot. Next morning before 9 AM a repairman showed up, jumped up on the roof, worked a couple of hours, came down and said he had it all taken care of...as he was leaving the phone rang. It was the owner again saying his repairman had reported back that it looked like I had a small caulking failure at a seam so he re-caulked the entire area just to be sure there would not be a repeat. The owner said there was "no charge", thanked me for my business and asked me to call him personally if I had any more problem...I was speechless, and then I remembered back to a time about 60 years ago when such excellent customer service was the norm not the unheard of exception it is today. Thank you Lifestyle Remodeling for raising the bar!!
