The service at Roland's Tire Service Inc. was excellent. Everyone was very courteous and they answered all of my questions.

I had initially gone to another tire place that offered free balancing but the people were rude, they talked down to you. Then I remembered Roland's because I had used them about 15 years ago on another car, so I decided to go there instead.

I made an appointment at Roland's and did not have to wait at all. Everyone was polite and friendly -- they said 'Good Morning' and made me feel like a person who mattered, not just another customer. That made a big difference to me.

They put new tires on my car and I was very satisfied. They also had a $50 rebate, so even though I did not get the free balancing, I still feel like I made out better than I would have if I had gone to the other place!
