I should say that Joe was very thorough in his inspecting skills and he explained me each and every issue. Since I didn’t understand some of the technical words, I kept asking for clarification and he explained it well. The report with pictures helped me to work with the builder to resolve the issues identified. I would definitely go with StarMark inspection in future and planning to refer to me friends too.
