Everything from the initial appointment with Matt, through the entire installation process with Jason, Eric, Mike & even gofer John (Ha) .... was handle very professionally and very stress free. It was obvious from the start that everyone was not only concerned about doing a good job, but making sure we were satisfied with what was going on. The installation crew (Jason's) covered each and every step they would/did take and answered all questions we might have thrown at them. Would highly recommend Preferred !!
