Prefer the water extraction method
The cleaning was ok but we have dirty carpets because of dogs. I think the water extraction is better. I chose Chemdry because it is winter and so could not open windows to dry the carpets well but I did not love the outcome. Not sure I would do it again. Not bad but we've had better for sure.
