Though I'm highly experienced at self servicing my automobiles, I did not have time to diagnose the cause of an burned oil smell coming from the engine compartment of my Subaru. So I took it to Swedish and they correctly diagnosed it as a loose oil filter that JiffyLube had poorly installed. They passed all my tests for calling me back, excellent communication, no-nonsense diagnosis, and they washed my car all for $64 to do the diagnosis and tighten the filter. They also inspected my brakes and tires and told me the expected life - I already was aware of the impending brake and tire replacement and their assessment was the same as mine.
So, great service on this first experience. I hear they are not the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Highly recommended so far.
