We had an EXCELLENT experience with A-1 when we needed our furnace & air replaced. Ben came to our home, showed up on time, he was very informative & explained all of our options as well the benefits of each one. He was very polite and curious through the entire process. It was easy to see he believes in the company he works for as well as the Lennox brand. Which made it easy for us to decide to go with them. The entire process was fantastic. They installed the new unit in less than a day. Their installers where quick polite and efficient. They even came back a few days later to inspect their work and go over everything with us. It seems like the old A/C never stopped running. The new unit is so quiet when it does come on & seems to only need to run half as much as the old one and keeps our family much more comfortable in the heat.
