Well the gentleman who came to give me an estimate, which was the first contact with Ted R. Sanders Moving & Warehouse. He was so professional and warm and nice and just really knew what he was doing. It inspired a lot of trust in me.

They did partial packing for us and they did great job, then of course they moved us to Massachusetts and the movers were wonderful at both ends and the drivers were great as well.

It was just overall a wonderful experience. A couple small things got messed up during the move and I did the insurance claim online and that was easy.

The women Sara at the office In Tennessee was very kind and helpful as well. Can't say enough good things about them.
