Very thorough and well documented inspection
We recently went through the arduous task of moving and Dan Temple of Emerald Home Inspection inspected our new home. He toured me through the property the day of the inspection and then sent a really nice book to us that has the inspection report that includes pictures and a write-up on each of the findings. It also contains a sort of maintenance diary for the house. Wonderful work!
