Daniel did a great job inspecting both our homes. He is very thorough with the inspection, Daniel takes pictures and explains what he finds as he goes. He lets you know what needs to be replaced or repaired. And when he give you a report it's in email and he also sends one out as well. And the inspection report goes over everything we have talked about with pictures and arrows pointing the what he is talking about. Daniel and his wife give excellent customer service and their both a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone and I will be using his services again.
