We had Dan inspect the house we are buying right now and considering that we are first home buyers, he was very informative, detail oriented and took his time to explain problems that need to be fixed, how to get it done and what problems could arise in the future. The lengthy report he sent us with tons of pictures will not only help us fix things now but maintain our home in the years to come. I really think this is money well spent. I will keep his report close and use it as a tool for our maintenance projects
