My first time using Repipe Specialists, Inc. I hired them to repipe my entire house. Repipe Specialists contracted with another plumbing company to do the work. When they were finished my hot and cold water in my shower was piped incorrectly and I had to have another plumbing company come out and fix that issue. When I contacted Repipe Specialist they told me I had to contact their contracted plumber who did the work which I did. That company's response was to ask me how long ago the service was. I am in the middle of these two companies with neither one taking responsibility for this and out additional money to have the work done by yet another plumber.
