I am certain that I’m spelling his name wrong, but the gentleman who serviced my dryer (maybe his name is a woman) is amazing. My dryer vent was installed incorrectly and presented many challenges. He did not stop trying u til he got it right. I’m so grateful for him. Give that man a raise! Also, scheduling was very easy and convenient. Initially my dryer was still flashing an error code and they promptly sent the repairman back to my house. It was a pleasure to work with the repairman and this company.
