I called on Monday and was able to schedule service for Tuesday - we had a very slow leak from a pipe under the kitchen sink.

The technician was very friendly and immediately went to work. He diagnosed the issue and what the proposed fix would be, and then reviewed the cost with me to gain my approval prior to performing the work.

The fix was completed faster than I expected, and it was a good solution to the issue - I never expect to see issues in the future.
