I needed my water heater replaced. It was a water heater on a timer so it was only on between eleven and seven to take advantage of lower rates. My home repair company didn't want to replace it because it is one hundred five gallons and is now listed as a commercial unit. It took them ten weeks to approve it and they kept trying to get different plumbers but we don't have many plumbers here in northern Minnesota.
