They are a good company they are trying to fix an issue with the product. We would get a huge amount of salt and we had an issue with the pressure. They came out and fixed it and I would recommend them. I would recommend to anyone that uses them to make sure they explain the system The technician changed the filter an addressed the issue. Overall they are a good company.
