I scheduled for the salesperson to come out and he did a full-blown presentation. He was in touch right off the bat with a quote after the water analysis. They were very prompt. Since getting the new water filtration I have not had any stains in the tub or toilet, and I don't have yellowish -orange stains on my clothes when doing the laundry, and it has been 5 months since the installation. I am very pleased with their service.
