The windows were installed on the date previously scheduled.
The install took two days as planned, the installers were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They had good communication skills and took time to explain any questions we had.
The windows and woodwork were all the same as we ordered and arrived in good condition.
The salesman, office staff and owner were all easily reachable for any questions or concerns we had during the project. This was the greatest attribute something you don't get in big box stores.
I highly recommend them.
