I called Emerald Valley Chem-Dry, and they came out for me in an emergency situation and really saved the day! I actually called several other people as well, but nobody else called back so I was thankful that they came out to do the job. They responded timely, worked quickly, and did a really awesome job!

The tech that showed up was a really nice, young man, and he had his job cut out for him. I had a huge mess with a client and everything in the house had to be disinfected. There were feces everywhere! There was an accident in the bed, then it got drug into the wheelchair and wheeled all through the house. When I got there, I got all the big stuff up, but I had to call in help to get everything else cleaned up and disinfected!

I got there at about 6:30 in the morning, and Emerald Valley Chem-Dry arrived at the location within three hours. By 1:30 or 2:00 that afternoon, it was all cleaned up and everything looked great again. They were very personable and understanding, and I felt like it was just a huge blessing that they came. I would definitely recommend them to anybody with an emergency cleaning situation no matter how big or small!
