Customer service

Terrible customer service (Mark) they did not deliver part as stated, kept stalling shipping date. Was supposed to be shipped next day (part was in stock)

We sincerely regret the complication this reviewer had with his order. When we make mistakes, we take full responsibility for the error and do our best to rectify the situation. The customer is correct that the warehouse unnecessarily delayed his order, and delays like this are unacceptable. We have reviewed the situation with the employees and warehouse involved to ensure, if similar problems arise in the future, they are resolved more quickly and with less inconvenience to the customer. We hope this customer will give us another chance the next time he needs something, but we understand his reluctance to do so.
