Went to Advance: They tried to sell me an obviously wrong part. The clerk claimed it was right but by the description on their own computer screen the part would have damaged my car if I even tried to use it. Walked out.

Went to Auto Zone: Bought parts (On order. Took a week to arrive.) Again! Wrong part! Would have caused damage if I tried to use it. Again, clerk claimed that it was right. Returned part for refund but it took them almost a half hour to figure out how to process the return and refund my money.

Went to O'Reilly: Bought parts. (On order. Took ANOTHER week to arrive.) Wrong part! Wouldn't even fit. Returned & refunded. Left store empty handed for a third time!

Mind you! I gave them the VIN-Make-Model and year of my car... written on paper which all three clerks supposedly typed into their computers but, in all three cases, they got my order wrong!

Came directly home after leaving the third store, used my computer to visit Rock Auto. Found the right part (VIN-Make-Model-Year) for my car. Measured the original parts and compared to the computer listing. It is an exact match! Pictures match too.
