Poor quality control

I recently purchased a window regulator that was not manufactured correctly. The motor gear was not correct for the motors in the car. I missed the return date by 2 days and the customer service representative suggested I sell it on eBay to try and recoup some of my money. Will be the last time I purchase anything from Rock Auto

On 11/20, this customer contacted us to arrange a return for parts he ordered 8/14. As our Help page notes, parts may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. If he suspects his products are defective from the factory, he can arrange warranty replacements on our Order Status & Returns page (http://www.rockauto.com/help/?page=4#30DAY).
